Quran Memorization survey

Al-Huda School is conducting a survey regarding the need of opening a "Quran memorization class" during the regular school year 2010/2011. If you are interested please fill and submit the survey. The intended class is for children age 5 to 14 year old, we are open for the class timing and frequency.  Please use the suggested time field to tell us what you think is best for you, i.e. (2 days a week, Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM) we will analyze all the results and come back with a suggested time based on your responses.  We prefer if it is during school hours 8:00AM to 3:45PM and on week days, however we can accommodate any time and frequency. The charge for the class will be somewhere around $200 per child per month, depending on the time and frequency.  Please make sure you submit ASAP for better planning and maximum options.
